Cancellation & Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision with a clear written statement (for example, by email). You may use the optional cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation request before the 14-day period expires.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Refunds will not be issued for items showing signs of wear, damage, or use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Swimwear Returns Policy
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on swimwear that has been worn, washed, or used in water.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unused and unwashed

Hygiene tags remain intact

The item is in its original condition and packaging
Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, use, or damage.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with the law.
